Comments:	Hello, My name is Michael L. Richards and I am the El Zaribah Shriners (Phoenix, AZ) 2011 CornFest Chairman, and I would like to solicit your interest in attending our Arts & Crafts Show. This year the 2011 Arts & Crafts show will be held August 27th & 28th, 2011. The hours are 10 A.M. to 4 P. M. each day. We would appreciate having you fill out an application to join us this year. The booth rental fee will be $120.00 per booth; spaces are approximately 9 X 10 feet and come with 2 eight- (8) foot tables and two chairs if you need tables and/or chairs. Electricity will be available for an additional $20.00 per booth for both days. The cost for both days includes overnight security, booth, tables, chairs and ONE meal pass for Sunday that will be passed out to each booth that day. If the vendor is unable to leave their booth to get their meal, we will be happy to deliver it to the booth, just let us know. Booths may be rearranged to meet your specific needs.
